The Community Development And Training Center Inc, (CDAT) is a multi sector 501(C)(3) Organization that provides organizational training and outreach to individuals, families and organizations that connect them with programs, services and resources that help them overcome barriers to their growth, development and over all well-being.

Known for their impressive community organizing skills, community relationships and commitment to developing the skills of future Leaders; The two started working together in 2012 with the Stop the Violence Coalition and would soon form the Community Development and Training Center (CDAT).
